All domestic orders are shipped via Die Post and all international orders are shipped via DHL Express. We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card or the address confirmed on your PayPal account. After your order has been packaged, it will be shipped. Processing speeds can take up to 14 working days before an order is boxed and labeled by our shipping department. Please be aware that turnaround times can increase if demand is high. Once an order ships, the costumer will receive an email notification. All packages are insured and trackable. 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Generally, there is no obligation to accept returns in Liechtenstein. However, we offer this service as a gesture of goodwill for all the countries we ship to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note, our standard delivery & return policies do not apply to gift cards, made-to-order products, pre-orders or items marked as sale. Shipping surcharges may be applied on orders requiring multiple deliveries. To start a return, you can go under account and choose the option "Request return". Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that once your return request is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label for the return shipment. Please note that a flat fee of CHF 19.90 will be deducted from your refund for each return, covering the cost of the return label and additional administrative processing.
