Domestic orders ship via Die Post; international orders via DHL Express. We only deliver to the billing address on your payment method or your confirmed PayPal address. Orders are processed within up to 14 business days, with possible delays during high demand. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. All packages are insured.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the delivery date, as a goodwill gesture, although not legally required in Liechtenstein. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags. Returns must be requested through your account before sending items back. A return fee of 9.90 (in your local currency) will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.

Returns are not accepted for gift cards, made-to-order items, pre-orders, or sale items. Additional shipping charges may apply for split deliveries.
