Delivery time: 3–5 business days after receipt of the order. 

Once your order has been processed, packaged, and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please note that processing times may increase during periods of high demand. All packages are fully trackable and insured.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays. Items must be unworn, returned in their original packaging, and include all original tags. All returns must be requested through your customer account before sending any items back. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the items to the provided return address. No additional return fee will be deducted from your refund. However, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted for gift cards, made-to-order items, pre-orders, underwear, or sale items. Additional shipping charges may apply for split deliveries.
