All domestic orders are shipped via Die Post and all international orders are shipped via DHL Express. We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card or the address confirmed on your PayPal account. After your order has been packaged, it will be shipped. Processing speeds can take up to 14 working days before an order is boxed and labeled by our shipping department. Please be aware that turnaround times can increase if demand is high. Once an order ships, the costumer will receive an email notification. All packages are insured and trackable.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you would like to return your order, please log into your account and select the 'Request a Return' option. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, our standard delivery & return policies do not apply to made-to-order products, pre-orders or items marked as sale. Shipping surcharges may be applied on orders requiring multiple deliveries. If we anticipate longer delivery times for a specific product, that information will be listed above as well as in checkout and in the order confirmation email.
