Delivery time: 3–5 business days after receipt of the order. 

Once your order has been processed, packaged, and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please note that processing times may increase during periods of high demand. All packages are fully trackable and insured.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, returned in their original packaging, and include all original tags. Returns must be requested through your account before sending the items back. A return fee based on your location and charged in your local currency will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.

Returns are not accepted for gift cards, made-to-order items, pre-orders, or sale items. Additional shipping charges may apply for split deliveries.
